Casting Brief: NewComma Accra Scenes

We are casting for a series of short video ads promoting NewComma, a platform for African and Black creatives. These roles require strong natural on-screen presence, engaging expressions, and confident delivery of dialogue. Below are the casting requirements for each scene.

Each Instagram page I add are of people who I will be personally asking to feature. So we can use them as references for the people you ask. Picking people who already have an NC profile or are in close proximity with people who do.

1. Nail Shop – Two Women (Early to Mid-20s)

Character Breakdown:

• Woman 1 (Office + Nail Shop): Outgoing, vibrant, expressive—someone who enjoys sharing exciting discoveries with friends. She is animated in conversation and naturally engaging.

• Women aged 20-25
• Comfortable delivering dialogue in an authentic, conversational tone
• Ability to express natural chemistry with co-stars
• Preferably Ghanaian or West African accent
